Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made via this website.

Payment Methods

Payments are accepted securely via only payment only - Stripe and PayPal. No cash payments are accepted.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is only confirmed after:

  1. Full payment of total fee
  2. Electronic agreement to these terms
  3. Signed service contract (where applicable)

Modifications

You may request changes to your travel dates or itinerary up to 10 days before your scheduled departure. If your request falls within 3 to 9 days prior to departure, we offer one complimentary rescheduling within the next six months. Please note that additional charges may apply based on availability. Last-minute changes, requested fewer than three days before departure, are not permitted.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

- For cancellations made more than 10 days before departure, a full refund will be issued.

- If you cancel between 3 and 9 days before departure, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid or a single free rescheduling within the next six months.

- Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before departure are not eligible for a refund.

 

Failure to appear or meet at the designated gathering point will result in no refund.

 

If we are required to cancel the tour due to changes in enterprise policy, force majeure circumstances, or logistical impossibility, you will receive a full refund of all payments received.

What Is Included / Not Included

Fees cover my service coordination, enterprise visit arrangement, on-site support, and pre-booked cultural experiences.

They do not include: international flights, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, meals not specified, or others not included in our Journeys.

No Hidden Fees

All prices are final and transparent. No unexpected surcharges will be added without your prior written approval.
