FAQ

General & Service Basics

Q: Who operates this service? Are you a travel agency?

A: This service is independently operated by Chmaz as an individual proprietor. We are not a registered travel agency or tour group operator. We provide customized business enterprise visit coordination, cultural experience arrangements, and bilingual on-the-ground support for foreign visitors in China.

Q: What does your tour service include?

  • Custom itinerary planning for enterprise visits (BYD, Alibaba, DJI, etc.)
  • Coordination and confirmation of company access
  • English-speaking on-site support during each visit
  • Pre-arranged authentic cultural experiences
  • Emergency assistance during each visit

Q: Do you only organize visits to BYD?

A: No. We arrange visits to a wide range of well-known Chinese companies including BYD, Alibaba, DJI, local tech factories, and advanced manufacturing sites. We also offer fully customized tours based on industry and interests.

Visa & Entry Requirements

Q: Do I need a visa to visit China for enterprise visits?

A: Most foreign nationals need a visa. However, U.S. citizens may qualify for the 240-hour transit visa exemption if traveling to a third country or region. For business-focused visits longer than 10 days or round-trip travel to/from China, an M-type business visa is strongly recommended.

Q: Can U.S. citizens visit BYD using the 240-hour transit visa exemption?

A: Yes. U.S. citizens can use the 10-day transit visa exemption to visit BYD and other Chinese companies, as long as you hold a valid passport and confirmed onward tickets to a third country or region (not returning directly to the U.S.).

Tour & Enterprise Visit Details
