Any legal consequences, entry refusal, fines, or travel disruptions caused by improper visa type or visa status are solely your responsibility.
Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure
Enterprise visit schedules may be adjusted or rescheduled due to internal policies, official requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. In case of force majeure including government policies, natural disasters, public health emergencies, flight cancellations, or sudden enterprise closure, we reserve the right to modify, substitute, or postpone the itinerary. We will provide reasonable alternative arrangements or refunds for unused services but shall not be liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, business opportunities, or travel delays.
Personal Safety & Insurance
You are solely responsible for your personal safety, health, and property during the trip. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive international travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal accident, and luggage loss. We shall not be liable for injuries, illnesses, theft, damage, or any loss resulting from your own negligence or failure to follow local laws and safety instructions.
